Cabuk Rambak
Cabuk Rambak is a traditional food Surakarta / Solo. Made of diamond, sambal, and its complementary form of Karak or puli crackers. Pincuk usually served on top of banana leaves.
Materials Cabuk Rambak:
2 pieces of rice cake, cut 2 parts, thinly sliced
Karak / Crackers taste Puli
Banana leaves to taste
Sambal ingredients Cabuk Rambak:
Sesame, 150 gram, roasted, finely crushed
Kaffir lime leaves, 3 pieces, thinly sliced
Garlic, 4 cloves
Powder, 1 cm
Pecans, 2 eggs, toast
Pepper, 1/2 teaspoon
Salt, to taste
Granulated sugar, 1/2 teaspoon
Water, 2 tablespoons
How to make Cabuk Rambak:
Sauce: Mash garlic, kencur, nutmeg, pepper, salt and sugar until smooth.
Add sesame seeds and lime leaves, stir until blended. Add water, mix again until blended.
Take a banana leaf, the shape pincuk. Place the diamond on it.
Pour the sauce to taste.
Serve with the Karak / puli crackers.
