Pencok Banyumas
Pencok Banyumas Lele is a typical food, like chicken pelecing of chili, it's just the main ingredients used are catfish (catfish). Name pencok usually depending on the material used, can be chicken, fish or another. Curious not to try Pencok Catfish Recipes for these two portions.
Lele Pencok materials:
Catfish (small size), 4 tail
Lemon juice, 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce, 3 tablespoons
Subtle spice:
Garlic, 6 cloves
Red pepper, 7 pieces
Cayenne pepper, 5 pieces
Comb brown sugar, 2 teaspoons
Shrimp paste, 2 teaspoons, fuel
Salt, to taste
How to cook Pencok Catfish:
Grilled catfish on the grill / pan non-stick until cooked catfish. Remove and set aside.
Mix the ground spices with lemon juice and soy sauce. Stir well.
Place the catfish that has been baked on a serving plate. Flush / give it the flavor.
Prick-prick with a fork so that catfish flavors to infuse. Lele Pencok ready to serve.
