Indonesian Cuisine Chicken Curry Recipe

Indonesian food is cooking chicken curry recipe using spices and has a distinctive flavor that is spicy and Kari tajam.Masakan this is actually the cuisine of South Asia especially from India.



MATERIALS:
5 tablespoons oil for sauteing
1 whole (950 g) chicken, cut into 8 pieces
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
3 kaffir lime leaves
1 cm of nutmeg
Cloves 2 eggs
Thin coconut milk 1 ½ L and 500 ml thick coconut milk from 1 ½ coconut grated
500 g potatoes, cut apart the 6 parts
3 tablespoons fried shallots, for sprinkling
puree:
1 tablespoon toasted coriander
1/0 teaspoon toasted cumin
1 teaspoon pepper grains
5 red chilies
8 red onions
3 cloves garlic
Roasted turmeric 1 ½ cm
1 cm ginger
1 cm galangal
Toasted pecans 3 eggs
1 ½ tsp salt

HOW TO MAKE:
• Heat oil and sauté ground spices, lime leaves, lemon grass, nutmeg and cloves until fragrant
• Add chicken, stir until the chicken changes color
• Pour the thin coconut milk, bring to a boil while stirring.
• Add the potatoes, and cook until chicken and potatoes are tender.
• Pour the coconut milk, cook all ingredients until cooked san thickens. Pick up.
• Sprinkle with fried shallots and serve immediately.
