Recipes Jenang Gendul
ingredients:
150 gr palm sugar
50 grams sugar
1 pandan leaf lbr
½ tsp salt
1 liter of water
500 g of cassava, peeled and diced
100 gr tapioca flour / starch.
areh:
500 ml thick coconut milk from 1 coconut
1 teaspoon salt
1 lbr pandan leaves, torn
How to make:
A. boiled water, palm sugar, pandan leaves and salt dissolve Inga. Lift and strain. Bring to a boil again.
2. insert pieces of cassava. Cassava and cook until tender. Sprinkle the tapioca flour. Stir until thickened and cooked cassava porridge. Lift. Areh: cook the coconut milk, salt and pandan leaves above small ai. Stir until boiling and slightly thickened. Lift.
3. grendul porridge served with areh. And add the pieces of jackfruit
