Recipes Solo Opor



ingredients:

1 young chicken, clean

2 old coconuts

6 red onions

3 cloves garlic

120 gr of hazelnut

10 gr coriander

5 grams of cumin

Lbr 3 bay leaves

1 stalk lemon grass leaves

100 g galangal

Salt and pepper to taste

How to make:

    A. young chicken cut into pieces.
